Where does Soy come from?

Soy comes from soybeans. Soybeans are an easy-to-grow, warm weather crop that have recently become a favorite of home gardeners. Farmers grow them in fields. Typically, beans planted during early May have the best yield potential. Soybeans need a minimum soil temperature of 55 to 60o Fahrenheit to germinate.

Howdie! I was out most of today and I think I missed that thread you posted. I will try and see if I can still get on it later :)

I love edamame, it's better than popcorn in front of the TV on movie night :P
